Our metal-enclosed insulated ring main switchgear is a new series of fully sealed switch products developed using computer simulation technology and combined with years of product design and manufacturing experience. The metal-enclosed insulated ring main switchgear features a fixed ring main unit structure and can be combined in up to 15 different fixing methods.
The metal-enclosed insulated series ring main unit is a compact, expandable switchgear that can be configured with up to six unit modules within the same gas-insulated chamber. The top of each unit's busbar compartment can be connected to another gas-insulated switchgear unit via a fully sealed busbar. It can be expanded into several combined units with different functions.
Application:
The metal-enclosed insulated ring main units are suitable for AC 50Hz, 12kV, and 24kV power systems, and are widely used in industrial and civil cable ring networks and power supply terminals. They are particularly suitable for the protection and control of electrical equipment in the following locations: urban residential power distribution, small secondary substations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, small and medium-sized power plants, hospitals, stadiums, railways, tunnels, etc.

2. The switchgear is a fully sealed, fully insulated structure; the busbars, switches, and live parts are completely enclosed in a stainless steel housing. The cavity is filled with 1.4 bar of SF6 gas, achieving an IP67 protection rating. The entire switchgear is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions, ensuring normal operation even under extreme conditions such as short-term water immersion, and the product requires no maintenance for its lifetime.
3. The switchgear has a complete five-proof interlocking device to eliminate personnel and equipment malfunctions that may be caused by human error.
4. All switchgear has a reliable safety pressure relief channel to ensure the personal safety of operators even in extreme situations. The switchgear is divided into two types: fixed unit combination and expandable unit combination.
5. The switchgear usually has front entry and exit, but can also achieve side exit or side expansion according to different installation positions.
6. The cabinet is small in size, easy to install, and suitable for places with limited space and poor environmental conditions.
