Product Description
The MVnex‑12 (MSAMV001) is a flagship medium‑voltage air‑insulated switchgear developed by Schneider Electric and supplied by Gaobo Switchgear Manufacturer. It is rated for 12kV / 24kV, 50/60Hz AC systems, for receiving, distributing and protecting electrical energy in substations, factories, buildings and infrastructure projects.
Constructed with high‑strength galvanized steel plates and epoxy powder coating, the cabinet is metal‑enclosed, metal‑clad and divided into separate compartments (busbar, circuit breaker, cable, low‑voltage) for maximum safety. The withdrawable circuit breaker truck enables easy installation, inspection and replacement without shutting down the entire system.
At its core is the Schneider HVX solid‑sealed pole vacuum circuit breaker, which delivers high breaking capacity, low maintenance and long service life (up to 30 years). The switchgear features five‑prevention interlocking to eliminate misoperation risks and meets IP4X (enclosure) / IP2X (compartments) protection against dust and foreign objects.
Optional smart monitoring enables online condition tracking, fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance, reducing operational costs and unplanned downtime. Compact and modular, MVnex‑12 saves space while offering flexible primary wiring schemes for diverse project requirements.
