Hot Sales GCK Low Voltage Switchgear Cabinet for Infrastructure and Rail transportation
Production Description:
The shell:
The cabinet is constructed from 2mm thick aluminum-zinc coated sheet. Using a 25mm module as the smallest basic unit, various frames and functional units are assembled using 8.8-grade self-tapping screws. The frame and outer shell possess sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand certain mechanical, electrical, and thermal stresses. This material should also be able to withstand the effects of moisture encountered during normal use.
Busbar system:
The main busbar can be a three-phase four-wire or five-wire system, fixed to the frame by insulated supports. The main busbar system can be installed at the rear or top of the cabinet. Systems with a rated current of 6300A and above use a double busbar structure. The rated current of the vertical busbar of the control cabinet can reach 2500A, and it can be configured with 3-pole and 4-pole systems. Internal safety baffles separate the busbar compartment from the equipment compartment to prevent operators from touching dangerous live parts. The highest compartment can reach 4b. The protection circuit consists of a separate protective conductor and conductive structure, with a protective conductor PE line running the entire length. There is no vertical branch grounding busbar, but there is a main grounding point and grounding mark. The protective conductor is connected to the housing of the electrical components, metal parts and the cabinet body inside the cabinet as a whole, and is reliably grounded.
Power Center:
The power center is divided into three functional areas: the busbar compartment, the equipment compartment, and the cable compartment. The busbar compartment, located at the rear or top of the switchgear, is used to install horizontal and vertical busbar systems. An internal safety partition separates the busbar compartment from the equipment compartment; alternatively, a separate partition can be used to isolate the equipment compartment and the cable compartment. Two main busbar systems can be installed in the busbar compartment, depending on application requirements. The equipment compartment houses circuit breakers of different specifications, in 3-pole or 4-pole configurations. A maximum of three air circuit breakers can be installed.
