The production Description:
The GGD type low-voltage fixed switchgear features high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, series compatibility, strong practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It shortens the production cycle, improves efficiency, and saves social resources. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear assemblies.
Product Features:
1. The cabinet adopts a general-purpose cabinet design, with the frame assembled from 8MF steel sections through partial welding. Frame components and specialized accessories are supplied by a designated steel manufacturer to ensure the cabinet's precision and quality.
2. The cabinet design fully considers heat dissipation during operation. Different numbers of ventilation slots are provided at both the top and bottom of the cabinet, creating a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top within the enclosed cabinet to achieve heat dissipation.
3. In accordance with the requirements of industrial product design, the cabinet's shape and dimensions are designed using the golden ratio, resulting in a visually appealing and modern design.
4. The cabinet doors are connected to the frame using pivot hinges, facilitating easy installation and disassembly.
5. The cabinet's top cover can be removed when needed, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on-site. Lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the top for hoisting and transport. The cabinet also features locking, automatic locking, and maintenance access functions.
6. Supports multiple operating modes (optional);
7. Communication functionality: The system can be equipped with RS485 or RS232 communication interfaces, supporting the MODBUS communication protocol (optional);
8. Intelligent monitoring functionality (optional).
