This forum was held on December 10th in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, and was hosted by the International Economic and Technological Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and co-organized by the Guangzhou Development District Management Committee and Guangzhou Industrial Control Group. Wang Fuzhu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Guangzhou Industrial Control Group, and Zhang Jinquan, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, attended the forum.

The forum, themed "Openness Empowers Industrial Development, Innovation Drives Cooperation and Win-Win Outcomes," brought together nearly 500 representatives and scholars from business associations, enterprises, and institutions from China and countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, including Vietnam, Brazil, Thailand, Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, to discuss new opportunities for industrial cooperation.
